This is my 30th bday cake.... Sigh im getting old...

Sorry It has been so long. It's been one FULL year. I'm writing this as I've been in Singapore for one year.

My thoughts? I love Singapore..but there have been some shady moments. ANYHOO

My good friends came from Taipei to visit me and I was so happy as it was my Singapore anniversary. We went to Marina Bay Sands, and it was a lot of fun, we went shopping then we went to New Asia (bar) in Swisshotel. Next week im going back to Taipei for a 2 week much needed vacation. What am I gonna do there? go shopping and eating of course.

Mainly i need to stock up on masks and cosmetics and food because it's uber expensive here in Singapore.

So it's officially ben 3 months. Singapore. Wow.I can't believe I can deal with this shit weather but hey! i managed. The worst thing has happenend to me yesterday as wallet was stolen. I have to replace my whole life! this really sucks! anyways,besides that I have so much catering and weddings that I have no time to do anything. I barely have time to get some shut eye!. IT's horrible but I love what I do. This insane cake I made.

before I was a boring nail person. I would use pinky nudes like Essie's ballerina, or OPI's Coney Island Cotton Candy. I rediscovered my love of colour and here is my new love. Sephora by OPI's IM Beauty. It's a buttery pale yellow colour and it's shocking enuff yet colourful enuff to complement my usual blah outfit. In the future I'll be sharing with you some of my fav. colours. Im also loving some new polishes I bought lately. If you haven't checked it out! I updated my yt channel with my latest haul!

Wow...I amazed myself today, as I didn't go crazy at the drugstore or at Sephora. At London Drugs, I picked up Revlon's photoready foundation in Vanilla, Revlon tinted brow wax, and Garnier fructis detangling spray. I mainly got the revlon foundation because of the massive raves about it, and I got the colour slightly darker to give me some "warmth" I have to say nothing compares to my beloved Giorgio Armani foundation. At Sephora I REALLY wanted to go crazy. I wanted the Smashbox kit

and the Benefit Legally Bronze

BUT!!!!! it's like 40% more expensive here in Canada, plus the damn tax we pay I had to put it down. Although I can get these back in Taiwan, sephora always excites me and I just want to get everything in the store. Instead, I left the store with some tweezerman pink tweezers, 2 sephora eye brushes and Urban Decay Stardust shadow in Diamond Dog. I've been lemming it for so long so I broke down and finally bought it.

Sorry for the stock photos!! but I think Sephora does a better job! Well I'm 'happy' with my purchases BUT not happy as why it's so much more expensive in Canada to buy the same cosmetics. If it was reasonable i would have left the store with more, exciting things. Who knows..I will probably lemm for it and get it next time I'm there. (I live upstairs from the mall) so there is a big possibility!!!

HI ladies and gents! I was tagged a few weeks ago by my wonderful Malaysian friend SueLynn and I've been busy (my usual excuse) but decided to calm down with YT videos so decided to post it instead. (Major run on sentence huh?)

Anyways! here goes!

TAG - 40 Beauty Questions

SKINCARE

-How many times do you wash your face daily?
Twice - Once in the morning and once in the evening. The morning I just use my etude house acne cleanser ( I love this stuff! makes me NOT break out) and at night I use oil cleanser first to remove the makeup and the same Etude House acne cleanser.

-What skin type do you have? (dry,oily,combo)
I have combination sensitive skin.

-What is your current facial wash?
It's ETUDE HOUSE AC CLINIC acne foam cleanser. If you guys can get this please do this is the only thing I use that keeps my blemishes away. I use oil cleanser at night either by DOVE, FASIO, or TISS

-Do you exfoliate?
NO..I use fruit acids tho in my toner. If I exfoliate I use Bliss exfoiliant which lasts a lifetime.
-What brand do you use?
I just answered that!

-What moisturizer do you use?
At the moment,I'm trying to use up my endless stock of moisterizers. I'm using RMK serum, Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv ultimate lifting cream( wow that sounds good huh?)and the old faithful EMBRYOLISSE.

-Do you have freckles?
Yes - I've had numerous IPL treatments and V-beam treatments it just comes back so I have come to terms with them. *sigh*

-Do you use eye cream?
Yes, like my moisterizers I'm trying to finish the stock of eyecreams I have. Currently using Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv eye cream, Good Skin Labs Eyeliplex-2. BUT!!! I have to tell you the best eye cream I've ever used was by Sisley, either that or La Prairie. I guess sometimes price does make a difference. La Mer is awesome too but I rather not sell my liver to fund my eye cream addiction.

-Do you or did you have acne prone skin?
I never had a major acne problem, what I have is a major freckle problem. I get the occasional breakout from either too much binge drinking and not sleeping, or hormonal.

-Did you ever have to use Pro-activ?
Yes, I tried my old roomate's once and it was horrendous. It was majorly strong. Stop believing in junk and save the money and see a DERMATOLOGIST, half the$ and more effective. IF you guys live in Van. the best derm is Dr. Phoebus Wong he cured my skin woes!

MAKE-UP
-What foundation do you use?
haha..I rarely use foundation now, since I use masks almost daily now ( wow the luxuries my skin is going through this whole unemployment phase) but if I do I love Giorgio Armani and Nars. I really want to try the Revlon Photoready but the lightest colour is a bit dark? ( if that's possible)

-How about concealer?
I use Skinfood's salmon concealer...it's the same as Bobbi Brown's but 1/2 the price and 3 times the amount.

-Do you know your undertone color?
If it's possible I would consider myself a neutral(pink) undertone. In my early twenties I was golden but somehow I turned into casper.?

-What do you think of fake eyelashes?
The reason for living.

-Did you know that you are supposed to change your mascara every 3 months?
Yes, thank you very much. I wonder whomever made this tag ever thought they used a slight condescending tone!!! hehehe

-What brand of mascara do you use?
I like Maybelline, MJ,DEJAVU, I never use high end mascara.... because I use fake lashes almost on a daily basis.

-Sephora or MAC?
Sephora. Even thou I'm Canadian...I feel loyal to Sephora! I've been going to Sephora for over ten years and I always get that excitement when I walk in. Plus I get better deals at Sephora, and I like I can spend all day in there whereas at Mac I end up getting snotty service from an overtattoed wannabe goth punk.

-Do you have a MAC Pro-card?
No. Will never get one either, since when am I skilled enuff to be a PRO at anything! ha!

-What makeup tools do you use in make up application?
Err? what makeup tools? I use brushes, and eyelash curlers.

-Do you use make-up base/primer for the eyes?
Yes and No, most times I just use my Shu Uemura cream shadow in P Brown because I find other primers are too "heavy'

-For the face?
Yes, for UV reasons. I'm finishing up my Lavshuca makeup base UV.

-What is your favorite eyeshadow (color or shade)?
DIOR- BEIGE MASSAI it's avail. at Sephora. (holy it's not NARS!)

-Do you use pencil or liquid eyeliner?
I use gel most of the time. ETUDE HOUSE CODE B is the way to go!

-How often do you poke your eyes with an eyeliner pencil?
Never, how fun is that ?poking your eye?

-What do you think of pigment eyeshadows?
I hate pigments....but!! there are some I love because the colour payoff is just amazing. Most of them are by MAC like antiqued Gold reflects or my personal fav. Crystallized Purple.

-Do you use mineral makeup?
I used to use bare minerals in fair like 6 or 7 years ago..but I found it quite heavy and cumbersome to use. I like that word. cumbersome. did I even spell it right?

-What is your favorite lipstick?
Mac Viva Glam II or Nars Belle de Jour.

-How about lipgloss?
GOSH lipjam in 102 the blue one. IM SAD im running out!

-What is your favorite blush to use?
POSIETINT by benefit (shock) Canmake PW20, or Nars DESIRE.

-Do you buy your makeup on ebay?
no. Im internet retarded like that.

-Do you like drugstore makeup?
I love it, esp Asian drugstore makeup, I find it sometimes far superior. PLUS NYX...who doesn't love NYX?

-Do you go to CCO's? (cosmetic company outlets)
When I lived in the US, but whenever I went (Woodbury commons all my NY'ers u know WUTS UP!!!!!) the CCO there was massive ghetto.

-Did you ever consider taking make-up classes?
Yes I did before by Shiseido like 10 years ago, but I didn't think it helped me much except for the facial massage technique.

-Are you clumsy in putting on makeup?
Yes...esp if I'm in a rush, but I'm never late because I am skilled in the art of TAXI MAKEUP.

-Name a makeup crime that you hate?
Cakey foundation. I know a lot of girls are getting wrinkly and want to cover more skin up,but seriously... take care of your skin! I see some of my high school classmates...and they look like they are 35 y/o.! You live with your face for the rest of your life, so take care of it. Some girls rather spend money on makeup instead of skincare but if you don't have good skin, the makeup won't look good. Sounds logic right?

-Do you like colorful shades of makeup (lipstick,eyeshadow) or neutral ones?
I like neutral makeup, as you age and get older, the rainbow clown makeup shouldn't reappear. Unless u are really a clown. Then power to ya!

-Which celebrity always has great make up?
AYUMI HAMASAKI, or MIKA NAKASHIMA... awesome makeup.... plus AYU is like what in her 30's she looks awesome! Maybe I should contact her plastic surgeon? Oh the girls from Girls Generation have good makeup too , and 2NE1.

-If you could leave the house using just ONE make up item,what would you use?
BLUSH.. otherwise I'd look like a sheet of kleenex.

-Could you ever leave the house without any makeup on?
Yes all the time, and if you haven't noticed in most of my videos. I feel that unless u really need it, then use it. Think about how detrimental makeup is to the skin.... it needs time to breath!.

-Do you think you look good even without any makeup on?
I look gross, but what can I do? God gave me this face to scare ppl AHHAHA...

-In your opinion, what is the BEST makeup line?
Overall I think Nars, obviously for the colour selection. I also have to give shoutouts to RMK the most underrated makeup line ever. Awesome colours, works with everything, amazing pigmentation, and good quality. I also think LUNASOL has good eyeshadows.

-What do you think of Makeup?
A neccessity.

OK 1 Million and 1 apologies for lack of posts. Cannot catch up with life, as im sure you've all experienced before. Some news of me? I've had a really really borderline swineflu like flu that just wouldn't go away. I've made some videos here and there, but otherwise, I've stayed at home really. I am currently living at my parents house now, as I get too lonely in my apartment. This friday I'm going shopping with Pru and it will again be bargain shopping! Oh...and I'm going to HK for a few days. As soon as I round up more peeps to go with me..im off to Egg Tart +Dim Sum land! yipppppppppie

(FYI my brother lives in HK..so technically I'm going to visit my familia)

I got it at accesorize, and yes it was rather pricey considering it compared to street market stuff, but i just had to get it ! Sorry again for the lack of posts as I am eternally sick. Good news is I officially signed the papers and I'm free from "R" ;-P no hard feelings and we all remain good friends ;-P The bad thing is... right now I'm on an allergy diet to see what I'm allergic to as for the past week I've had chronic Urticaria (hives). I've had trouble breathing yesterday night and it's gotten really serious. I'm under medication now so things are looking good! A lot of ppl were wondering when I'm going back to Van , and that won't be for a while until my braces come off...which hopefully is boxing day. In the meantime I will go to Japan (Okinawa) maybe for the weekend and to Hong Kong to see friends and family. ! So if any of you guys are in HK Let's go LKF! and party it up!

Makeup updates:
currently Im using all Etude skincare products, esp the moistfull collagen stuff. *LUV*
I am also using La Roche-Posay tinted moisterizer as well....

These are the items I got from the holiday MJ collection. Wow MJ is really hit or miss..the model looks so... trashy? for lack of a better word... reminds me of those jack the ripper prostitute in the white chapel area. LOL.. Sorry i haven't been known to be a good "describer"

ANYHOO I got the secret lingerie body cream. It's delicious smells kinda fruity and florally at the same time.It reminds me of "silver dusk" remember that shimmery powder that MAC has? That was my first Mac product ...wonder if they still have it.
Then I got the powder, it's very light and it has a slight shimmer to it. Will look forward in using these for the upcoming holiday season. Why do marketers always think that holiday collections must use shimmer? Hmm..why can't I wear shimmer in the summer? Well that's another post! But only 3 stars for these products as they aren't really something to write home about...

So I just got back home from shopping at Etude and i got some goodies (along with some clothes but that's a bit boring eh?) OMG OMG OMG I'm so happy with this stuff! Cuz it's so cheap well kind of ( korea is still cheaper then Taiwan) I am loving the gel liner in secret black! It's waterproof and emotion proof and I can use it on my waterline.. I'm going to do a full review later but now I'm going to get my hair washed. ( it's a taiwanese thing to wash your hair at the salon every other day hehe cuz it's so cheap!) toodles and love yas!

Heyz...so I'm gonna be staying at my parents country home here in Taipei (Y.M. mountain) and I'm gonna recouperate for a few days before I plan my trip back to Vancouver. Just wanted to clear up somethings... First and foremost I wanna thank my wonderful friends on YT and bogger and facebook..for all their kind words and encouragements. I am always in debt to my family and friends and without them I dunno how'd I survive. I often don't delve(SP?) (gosh can't spell) ? into my personal life and I decided to finally open up and answer some questions. Now is also a good time to ask me some things that u wanna know about me! So here goes I'm going to answer a few questions I get asked a lot of!

1)What's your food industry background? and how did you get into the CIA?
A: Well from the beginning...I knew food was my passion in life. When I was 4 years old I new there were 2 things I loved the most, making yummy stuff in the kitchen ( my mom bought me baby cooking toys) and my other love which is Michael Jackson. (Notice the present tense as those 2 things are still my loves... RIP MJ!)
So from an early age I was already making stuff in the kitchen, cooking and baking and doin' the thriller at the same time. So I suppose it's an innate love for cooking..and I think if u dream about it and think about it often then that's really your passion in life. Then during high school I took lots of culinary courses at school, then I started to intern at various hotels around my hometown. Then I went to university( UBC rulez) and took human nutrion. That was kinda my mistake, as I wasn't really interested in dietetics and more into making food. So I picked up my feet and headed to Le Cordon Bleu. I took a 2 year culinary course and graduated. But something was still unfulfilled at the moment, and I figured I really enjoy the pastry world a lot better. One of the reasons I switched was the kitchen was male dominated and I felt a lot of pressure, so then I went to Hawaii for more work experience. I worked there for a few months before I started the pastry program at CIA. It was a pain!! to apply for as you need a gazillion references, and interviews but luckily I passed, and I started in May 2004. 4 years later and a bachelors' degree after I started to work in the pastry world. So my advice is... hit the ground running, and accept that this industry is tough, what may seem wrong to you, sometimes is right to the chef and you just gotta nod your head to accept that the chef is always right. Be humble and be a hard worker, keep a keen eye of your surroundings and always think a few steps ahead of everyone else that's how you win in this industry. Work fast and work clean, that's how it works! I wish you all good luck for those pursuing this career as it's a lot of hard work and if you aren't ready to bust ur azz then don't bother continuing ;-P

2) Why do you love Nars so much?
Since I started nars..wow when I was like 20? I was mezmerized by their wonderful colours and concepts and their philosophy that beauty is in everyone , just gotta enhance it. I love the artistic genius that is Francois Nars and I don't know if anyone is par with his transitional,magical skills with makeup. I heart Nars! and I'm sorry I will not sell my nars mirrors.... I might throw a contest but that's if I can find a way to protect the glass...anyhoo.....

3)Why can you speak English if you live in Taiwan?
Err...I dunno how to explain this as I've mentioned this before but for my new followers my Hometown is Vancouver, BC, Canada where English is official language including francais. My true hometown. Taiwan is just my heritage and where my parents and family are from, but I'll forever be Canadian! I am Canadian, although I'm also Taiwanese... (not PRC) hehe. I speak Mandarin, Taiwanese, most Cantonese, English and French ( err but a bit rusty) that's all ;-p

4) What's your skincare regime?
Ppl ask me this a lot because of the long hours I work and yet luckily I haven't broken out yet. ;-p my secret is... I take a crap load of vitamins, including iron and vit.B and I use a sheet mask every other day. It doesn't have to be an expensive one but I just slap a sheet mask on my face before I go to bed and take it of an hour later. The serum really absorbs into your skin and I find that it really "plumps up your dermis" Another thing I do is, one day a week I don't add anything to my skin. I just wash it and leave it for the whole day. The reason is you need to let your skin breath and let it produce it's natural oils, if you keep putting on product your skin becomes reliant on it and your skin will age faster that way. ;-p hope this helps.
FYI I'm using Embryolisse moisterizer, aqualable form essence, and triakyline and eye duo creams

I'm back! I am feeling a bit weird and in shock now as it's been officially 2 months working for Robuchon and I finally quit yesterday. The working hours were killing me and my health is deteriorating quickly. I'm very upset as I'm leaving a job that I love and leaving 2 very talented Chefs (Chef Narita and CHef Kanai) and I hope one day I can persue this career path again. In the meantime I'm going to take a break from being in pastry and maybe i'll start my own business selling confectionary online. Please stay tuned for that, and now I can finally put on makeup! My love for makeup as returned and I'm excited I will be blogging more and making more videos and basically letting myself enjoy life! I know I know 2 months was nothing ..but i was exhausted physically. I wanna thank you all for all the great encouragements throughtout this hard time in my life and I will "add oil" for my future endeavours.

I want to say sorry to all my friends here! for my lack of posts. To give you a few details of my life now. Since Sept 29th of last month I've had 2 days off, and I work 15 hours per day. Sometimes 16 hours. So mind you, I haven't had time to post or make videos on youtube. Hope you understand. But what's really bothering me is I'm contemplating quitting my job because for the 1 month I've been at work, I've been at the hospital emergency room 3 times for exhaustion, liver failure, and dehydration. So I' don't know whether it's worth it or not, but I love what I do. In addition to the physical stress, there is a whole lotta mental stress too which is letting my hair fall out in clumps. I look so haggard lately I haven't dared taken a photo of myself. I just hope you all are well, tho! and life goes on... Sometimes ppl have to make sarifices, just to achieve their dreams. .....

a 3 in 1 product! and it's the Garnier Aqua Defense gel essence. It can be used as a serum under your moisterizer , a gel creme, or as a hydrating mask. It has a very light fruity green apple scent, and it's a total DUPE for the H20 face oasis. I love love love this as it's around 350NT dollars. Super cheap right? and it's so good. I keep it in the fridge and slather it on before I go to bed. It has fruit enzymes in it too so it exfoliates the skin. Overall 2 thumbs up for Caffy and I can't believe I didn't know about this sooner.!!

When I went to Etude House looking for some new nail colours I passed by their new dear darling bling bling nails.. and I got the red one.. MISTAKE..i feel like such a dragon lady. I feel like with these nails I don't feel sophisticated but I feel like I should be wearing a Chi-pao and have my hair in a bun held by chopsticks. Ugh! I'm going back to Etude house to get some more pastel fun shades.. I have my eye on this mint aqua colour.

because it's so cheap and the stuff so great! I also love that they give out awesome huge samples!... Today I bought the blackhead off oil EX, the o2 magic foaming cleanser (love it), the AC Clinic Pink Powder Spot set, 2 polishes, one in a deep dark Aubergine, and a sparkling Ruby also the prettiest pearlized purple eyeliner and a gorgeous pastel pink lipstick. They gave me crap tons of samples and a brush roll and makeup bag. OMG overwhelmed. I will do a haul video soon because I shall get more nars stuff tommorow.... Love yas!!!

I just went out with my girls..for japanese BBQ again! it was super good. But now I feel sick from over stuffing my face.!

Oh so this morning i went to show up to work first day! It's just a briefing tho and I met the Chef, and the sous chefs. SUPER nice but SUPER strict. I am working in the pastry department..not my first choice as I wanted to work restaurant dessert but working pastry is just as FUN ;-p and might I add..I spotted a serious cutie. ;-P

So.... I was very nervous so I took my mind off studying and practicing and decided to watch CRIMINAL MINDS, my favourite TV show. I LOVE the premise of this series and I know im not really "girlie" and into shows like Gossip Girl and True Blood, but I am loving this. Thomas and Wayne and Theresa. Then I went to Mirada, to get my BELOVED Egoist PINK hair dye. Woohoo.. I can't wait to try it out! Then we came home and Theresa helped me clean up my apt and she took some food back home. I'm gonna miss her around here, and she's been such a wonderful friend. I love you Theresa!!!!!! Fresh Light in Egoist Pink. This is the dye I've been thinking about getting..and then I decided I might as well. Never tried this kinda colour before right? In addition I got some Strawberry Frappe and White Grape Biore Nose Strips. Fun flavours huh?? ...

THEN....

I left my purchases in the taxi. SO UPSET. Even tho the grand total was onl 300NT dollars. I'm still bummed. When I went back later today found out I bought the LAST box. So all in all..Caffy doesn't have pinky hair. YET.

So...it was a busy day!!! I just got home from buying some kitchen stuff! I got 3 knives today...

I prefer 4 star then the 5 star...I have small hands...tee hee!!

I LOVE THEM..thanks to my mom.. Now I am a life-time member of Zwilling Henkels. I know I know..most of u all will think that Henkels is a bunk brand..but hey I've been using their knives for the past 10 years and I love it. It's all just personal preference really.

Anyways.... after that I went to play badminton! Badminton was my favourite sport back in high school. Now I am super pooped and I will go study for my demonstration exam for... L'Atelier. There I said it. <3 Miss u all!

A lil bit of Nars and a lil bit of MAC = a lot of LOVE

HI babies!!! ( that's a term of endearment for all my friends)
Ok ..so I strolled over to Nars today cuz I was in the area..and I promised myself that I would calm down this season until anniversary sale BUT I GUESS I WAS WRONG. I bought 2 things from Nars today cuz I just couldn't resist. After watching Lollipop26's blog I needed and dreamed of getting my hands on FEZ single eyeshadow. I didn't get it last time was because it was too similar to Galapagos. I WAS WRONG.!!!! Remember how much I love Dior Beige Massai 705? the Middle gorgeous bronzey colour? I was upset that it was a limited quad..but now FEZ has replaced that because it's an exact dupe of that gorgeous deep warm bronze colour. I love it to death. !! Another thing I got was the Irresisteblement bronzer. I thought Laguna and Casino are always the popular ones and I guess the new guy needs some lovin' right? It's a more natural bronzer, like a Terracotta glow. It reminds me of Guerlain's terracotta bronzer, but more of a natural bronze glow without massive amounts of pearlescent in it. For me as part albino, bronzers are hard to find, but I definately give this one 2 thumbs up. It warms up my cool skintone, and it's light with just the right amounts of "bronze" also none of that shimmer that I hate in the summer.

THEN I hopped on over to Mac..to see and still didn't want to get anthing from the MAC MAC collection. Too colourful for my tastes. BUT what did catch my eye was the MA's perfectly contoured eyes. I asked her what she used and she took the time and did my makeup!! There I bought Espresso, and a new Starflash shadow in Grand entrance. The reason I got these two was how you can create the perfect contoured eye with a dark shade and then a shimmery shade. Espresso is a dark , coffee grounds matte eyeshadow. The Grand Entrance eyeshadow is a highly shimmery toasty hazelnut shade. I love them. Then since I got my botox done again yesterday my face was feeling very swollen and I got the mineral skinfinish natural in medium dark. THIS IS THE PERFECT CONTOURING POWDER/BRONZER. This reminds me of a more wearable LAGUNA minus all the shimmer. I love this..... I am in love... This powder is great cuz it's not that dull matte powder. It's the perfect shade of us pale girls but it has a slight sheen to it! all in all im in love. I also got some fabulous new lashes. Lashes makes me happy! The one thing that can cure my sadness sometimes is if I get a new kickin' pair of flirtateous lashes like these.. *sigh* now it's time to make more money so I can feed da habit. Products I'm using right now!

Shampoo & Conditioner: Lush Daddy-o (purple shampoo) and Paul Mitchel Lemon and Sage thickening conditioner. I love it so much and it smells great! and i think my roomate has secretly been using it as well !

Shower Gel: Body Shop Moringa (sp?) shower gel. Got it as a gift trying to use it up! Trying to hurry through it so I can use my Lush Yummy shower gel! (smells like Strawberries and Cream)

Styling products: Sebastien Potion 9 or Lucidol hair cream. I don't do my hair nicely...unfortunately.

Body moisturiser: Body Shop spray on moisterizer in coconut.

Deodorant: Rexona cool white spray.

Fake Tan: No one tans here, and no one sells fake tanner. LOL

Skincare: This varies... I use Libertage wrinkle cream, Nars eye cream, Clinique SPF eyecream, Estee Lauder Firming day cream, and Creme Ancienne by Fresh at night. Gosh Im a mess. Just trying to use up some products so I can correctly use a regime.

Primer: Lavshuca makeup base.

Foundation: Kryolan Ultrafoundation in Alabaster..or Giorgio Armani in 04

Foundation brush: don't use one.

Concealer: Bobbi Brown tinted eye brightener (trying to use it up) or my trusty cle de peau.

Powder: Lavshuca lucent powder

Blusher: I am loving cream blushes now ..Stila convertable in Gladiola and I love MJ's blushes the strawberry pink one.. oh oh forgot my canmake PW20 love it. Funny as I'm a nars girl i never seem to use enuff nars!

Bronzer: Canmake bronzer ( dual bronzer)

Highlighter: I don't highlight

Eyeshadow base: Too faced shadow insurance on a good day!

Eyeshadows: I swich all the time, but i keep coming back to Dior Beige Massai 705 palette, Nars Surabaya, Nars Holiday 2008 palette, Nars galapagos, Mac seedling, and mac beautymarked.

Hi guys...sorry for the no show in blogs lately. I am super busy as always and I'm thinking about switching jobs..so you know how hard it is to switch jobs right now.. *sigh* anyways I got 2 new things that I've wanted to share with all of you that I haven't mentioned on my YT channel yet.

#1. EYES FLASHER

ok the name is cheesy and the concept is something we've all seen but I love it. It comes in 3 colours, purple, green and black .I purchased the black one because you all know me, I love blackish colours. It has 3 co-ordinating colours and what's fantastic is that it comes with a gel liner. The gel liner is super pigmented and glittery and has awesome pigmentation.

#2. Integrate lipgloss
The new one from the spring collection and it has the best applicator ever! It's silicone and it's super soft, bendable, and rubbery. I hope all other companies jump on the bandwagon and make this kind of applicator..I am loving it! The gloss isn't fantastic, but it's not sticky, it's light, and it's quite pigemented. The colour selection is quite good as well... I like more natural colours and I got it in RD 301. IT's a rosey, caramel colour and for ppl that love neutrals like me..it's perfect combined with the eyes flasher shadow quad.

UPDATE ON MY LIFE:
1) Im over with the braces, counting the days I can get rid of them.
2) I am going to Korea (hopefully) in april and will do some HAULIN' there! ( and nab a hot korean dood along the way! tee hee)
3) I'm trying to find a new job, and that's one of the reasons I haven't been online much, trying to get a job at a hot new restaurant opening up in Taipei.. I'll let u all know if I get the job.
4) My health hasn't been so hot lately, I have a lot of stress, and digestion problems due to stress, so I'm trying to take it easy.
5) been trying to organize my life....that's all!

Sooo..IM bummed about posting this twice. Here goes...! attempt #2. So like I've said in my youtube videos, that I will be posting some items and review some items here on blogger and that I sometimes won't include all the products I hauled in my youtube videos just so I can post it here. I think that's a nice way of telling the ppl that see my blogs some special items and such! So periodically I will review and post some items that I won't on youtube, because it's much easier to update here and it's harder to make the video and upload on YT. Well anyways, as I always tend to ramble.... I got 2 blushes besides my major haul today. I got a low end and a high end

I got Maybelline Pure Mineral blush in Soft Mauve. I was first interested because of a fellow youtuber Lollipop26. She said these blushes are soo natural and fresh looking that when I saw them at Plaza ( Finally there are being sold in taiwan!!!!) I couldn't help but get excited! I picked up another one but I haven't opened it yet. The finish is nice and soft, and very easy to blend. It comes with a baby kabuki brush, which i might toss, and I also find the pigmentation not so.... concentrated if that's the right word. In all I love this product so thank u lollipop26! for showing this to us, and I will use it as a base for all my other blushes as it's the most natural flush evar!

Ok next thing I got was more $$$ It's the new Maquillage Face Creator palette in #11. They also come in a lot of other colours but this was the one that caught my eye, plus this is the one that Anna Tsuchya uses. It's a great concept and product! It has a highlighting powder for browbone and cheeks, and undereye highlighting powder, a base blush colour, and highlight blush colour, and a contouring powder. I LOVE this product because it's great for travelling....as it has 5 products and one...and the case is really cute isn't it? sooo 2 thumbs up for the Shiseido Maquillage face creator, u know i might go and get the other colours, and the other eye palettes that's out for spring..... it all looks so delicious... ESP the cream shadows.!

So on my way to blockbuster, I stopped in at Cosmed, and picked up 2 things

Integrate highlight powder in Violet and Maybelline Pure Lip Dew in 501

I wish I hadn't because it was first a waste of money! and second, the doe foot applicator of the maybelline lipgloss didn't allow me to get any product out of the container. In addition the consistency of the gloss was extremely water and it felt like I wasn't wearing any lipgloss at all.! I like the highlighting powder the best because I read in Cawaii magazine it was rated #1, and it's a nice slightly lavendar sheen. I shall try it for work tommorow and let you all know if it's any good!
