ok DIET TIME...



Gosh Why can't I weight what I used to 10 years ago? UGH... so what's for dinner today? An Apple and a piece of TOFU. It's somewhat healthy haha..but let's see how far I go with this diet. Hope to lose 10# this month...

  1. i'v tried loosing weight by eating tofu monday to friday(lunch) n stop eating after 7pm for a month or two n it really worked. i fink i had lost around 8-10 lbs... i know it might sounds like i didnt loose alot of weight..........but i have got a more flat stomach ever since then

  3. Tofu diet sounds interesting. Unfortunately, I love meat. This is the prettiest tofu I have ever seen though.

  4. Aww Caffy!! I'm in the same boat. It sucks!! haha!! I was trying to get healthier by skipping rope; it did help a lot!! (5X a week for 30mins). But the thing was, it made me smaller, but I also added on some pounds!! I guess my blubber turned to muscles?!:S haha

    Good luck on your weight loss!! Just remember to keep hydrated and a ton of small meals during the day really help too!! :)

  5. I had dou hua for dessert this afternoon. Yum! And I just finished half a tub of ice cream and am munching on mooncakes now. I dunno why I'm telling you these. I'm evil. May I be cursed with Beyonce-Bums for the rest of my life! *LOL*
